How Do I Use the TensCare Ova Plus?

Using the TensCare Ova Plus TENS Machine is easy, just follow these simple steps:

1. Connect the Y-cable to the unit.
2. Connect the electrode pad "pigtail" connections to Y-cable.
3. Apply the electrodes to one of the areas outlined in the images below.
4. Once electrode pads are in place, press and hold the "UP" arrow button for at least 3 seconds.
5. When switched on the Ova Plus will automatically select Mode 0
6. You can select from four preset programmes.
7. With the required programme selected, you can adjust stimulation intensity until you reach a comfortable level.
