Delivery Information

We know how important fast delivery is, especially if you've got your hands full dealing with two young children! Here at Twins.co.uk, we use tried and trusted delivery services including the Royal Mail, DPD and Parcelforce to ensure your packages arrive quickly and securely.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

For orders placed before 14:00, Monday to Friday, we aim to ship orders on the same day. Orders placed outside of this time-frame are usually dispatched the next working day.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Most orders are received 1 - 3 days after dispatch, though this may vary depending on the shipping method. More expensive orders are usually sent on a 24-hour courier service.

Is Next-Day Delivery Available?

For certain orders, next day delivery is available. If you require next day delivery please contact our customer services team on 020 7720 2266 with the name of your desired product and we will be delighted to check for you.
