How Do I Use the OT20 Ovulation Thermometer?
The OT20 Ovulation Thermometer can take your temperature either orally or vaginally (you should only use one or the other once you've chosen your preference). It functions very similarly to a standard thermometer, however it can typically detect smaller changes in body temperature. How Accurate Is the OT20 Ovulation Thermometer?
Like most basal thermometers, the OT20 offers more accurate readings than standard thermometers. It is accurate to ±0.05°C at 35°C to 38°C, and ±0.1°C in remaining measurement ranges, and will display your results to 2 decimal places.
How Do I Take Accurate Readings?
To get the most accurate results possible, we recommend taking your basal body temperature every morning before you get out of bed. You can then use the Ovy app, to track your results, learn more about your cycle and plan your sexual activities.
